I m starting my job at the time of lockdown due to need of job.
I m starting my work but after some time . I got this is fake because MAS Technology Gujarat reputated company and this company is fake and use the name of that company.
This company have no personal website and if you search on web you got nothing. Only fraud is shown with the name of this.
But I completed the work, in between the work, I m trying to call on the helpline number but sometime its ingaje or sometime no one pick my call.
And at the end of day when i completed my work and trying to submit then the submit button is not working.
So how can i do for this.
After some days not company, but his Advocate call me and tell me. You have not completed the work and i will file the case otherwise pay the contract amount.
And today i got the call name Atul advocate keda, Gujarat court.
They send me the saman on my near police station.
I want to please take an action over it because they fraud with the person like me which need the work and frustrated me with mind and money.
