Text of Complaint by Yogesh Kumar:

I ordered a Marshall company speaker from Amazon. The parcel arrived on
25 July 2023 from Amazon. When I opened it, there was no speaker in it, two
pieces of vim soap came out inside it. I have complained to amazon customer
care. My conversation started with the lady of Shameekhaa Naam. They told
me that they will give the solution by 31st July 2023. I called amazon
customer care again on 31st july 2023. When I talked to a man named
Hemant. Hemant told me that the right product has come to me. I had already
given the picture of the parcel which came to me: even after that Hemant
did not help. I also got a mail from Amazon in which it is written We are
writing to inform you that we reviewed your account for order activity
details and we found that you have claimed refunds because you reported
that you did not receive the items you ordered. We know that occasional
problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business.
However, the number of refunds in your account exceed the expectation and
is in violation of our conditions of use policy. First thing, when the quality of your product is not good, then I will take it and secondly, this time the product was not
received. Delivery boy didn’t even come to my doorstep, he gave me the
parcel on the lower road and left. Please give me solution for this problem. Picture and video are attached below.
