I am really fed with the washing machine because again the machine stopped working. No washing for more than 100 days. I have no other option to go for the next step refunding the money. The customer care support was very poor and asked to replace the entire product or refund money but no response.
Marq support executive doesn’t care about customer worry. I need to file a complaint and escalate to the top most management in Marq till my money gets refunded.
