Hi Team,
I had purchased Marq split ac from flipkart in 2022. After buying ac within 1 year i got issue from this AC. From condenser gas gets leaked again and again. I filed complaint during that time when AC was in warranty but the Marq team told me that issue will get fixed and you will not face issue again. Again after 4-5 months i faces same issue, i raised complaint but this time it was out of warranty so they charged me 560₹ visiting + 2800₹ gas refill charges, issue got fixed. Again after 6 months i faced same issue. I raised complaint they came again i paid (560₹+2800₹). This goes continue multiple times. I had already paid 7500₹ till now but still issue presents.
Again before 20 days i have raised complaint with flipkart & marq but they are saying same thing that will fix the issue but you have to pay (560₹+2800₹). I just requested them that this issue is since last 2 years why don’t you replace the outdoor unit of ac. Anyhow i have warranty on compressor they just have to change outdoor as they are not able to fix the issue. From last 21 days i am following up with them calling both flipkart & marq but issue isn’t getting fix. Please help me…
