I purchased MarQ AC on 15th May 2023. It worked for 1 week. Then, it suddenly stopped working. I registered complaint on Flipkart. They closed the ticket without resolving. They kept closing for 2 months. Then, they sent 1 technician. He checked and said parts need to be replaced. MarQ will send to him and then he will come and fix. For last 1 month, MarQ didn’t send him. If I call, they say by this date but then they keep extending for almost 1 month now. It seems they are cheating and playing games Flipkart/MarQ/Jeeves. So I want to file a complaint for compensation for giving me stress and loss of money and time and energy. Email id – peacefulylife@gmail.com
