Dear Customer Care Escalation Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the persisting issue with my MARQ AC, which I purchased from Flipkart last year along with a 2-year extended warranty. I am greatly disappointed and concerned about the repeated malfunctioning of the unit, as this is the fourth time it has stopped working in the past year.

The main problem is that the AC is no longer providing any cooling, which has caused me and my family numerous sleepless nights. Additionally, my child has developed a skin allergy, which I suspect may be due to the inadequate cooling and ventilation in our room caused by the malfunctioning AC. The situation is affecting our health and overall well-being.

I initially reported the issue to the customer support team seven days ago, but to my dismay, the problem still persists. During my recent conversation with the support representative, I was informed that it would take approximately 21 days to receive the replacement part required for the repair. This extended delay is highly inconvenient and unacceptable, considering the discomfort and inconvenience we are currently experiencing.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to expedite the resolution process. Given that I have already faced this issue four times, I believe it is essential to take prompt action to rectify the problem once and for all. I have invested my trust in your brand, and I hope that you will stand by your commitment to providing quality products and customer service.

I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

Arrange for an immediate inspection of the faulty AC unit at my residence.
Ensure a speedy resolution by expediting the procurement and delivery of the required replacement part.
Consider providing a temporary solution or a replacement unit until the repair is completed, considering the extended period of malfunctioning and the impact on our health.
Keep me updated on the progress of my complaint and the expected timeline for resolution.
I believe that with your prompt attention and assistance, we can swiftly resolve this issue and restore our peace of mind. I appreciate your understanding of the urgency and importance of this matter and hope for your prompt response.
