Hello Team,
Please help me to get replace the faulty MARQ 23″ LED Monitor from MARQ/FLIPKART Team.
I logged the complaint with MARQ on 6th June [MARQ-766846] is complaint ID. Tech visited at site and declared my monitor screen and inbuilt speaker not working and need to get replace from MARQ team. But since then MARQ Team is not helping me at all. Only sending me same mail format reply that “we are working on it and need 48Hrs to get it back to you” . They never updated me progress and still not replacing. Please help me. I am working from home and need this monitor to get it work..
