Sofi is a website do not have any app and customer care too. They ask first to pay 5% of loan amount then they will disburs the loan amount I don’t trust then they have an whatsApp link too I text with that whats app number they are replying but they didn’t attention the call. I applied for 1lakh loan they ask me to pay 5% amount of loan then they will credit loan to my account I ask they if I didn’t get the loan after paying that 5% what cn I do, they told me to complain in cyber crime, I have very big dout from their answer so only I’m doing th his complaint. Kindly take an action on my complaint.
