I bought Motorola edge 40 mobile on 30 June 2023 and after 20 days I had problem charging the phone, I gave it to the service center. Even though they told me that I will get the phone back in 7 days, today it has been 15 days but I still haven’t received my phone. I want to get that phone replaced. But the company does not give any concrete answer. Appropriate action should be taken.
