Hello,
This is to inform you that I had ordered the product (POCO F4 5G) on 22 of September and it was delivered to me on 28 of September. Since the day I received a product, it was having the major Camera fault and I visited to the Authorized Xiaomi Service center in Borivali, India. Since then, my device has been got replaced thrice and still it’s submitted in the Service center.
The genuine review for the camera is that: Please note those who had bought this product make sure you have checked your front camera as it has major hardware issue and it’s confirmed by the Xiaomi technician itself. Whenever you click a picture in front camera the yellow ring is formed at a particular angel which indicates the defect of lens. I have all the proof. Please check it because I’m personally facing the issue from last one month and I am getting mentally disturb & stressed but still, they are not able to provide any solution.
