I had purchased a Whirlpool Fully automatic washing machine 9.5kg with built in heater on 23/02/2020, I have been facing issues from the day I started using it. There was renovation work going on at my place and the technician who came for the installation and demo was told to come later. After 3months I requested for a demo and a technician was sent. I was given the demo of the washing machine. After some days the washing machine started making noises and I called up the customer care and a technician who was appointed told us there is no problem in your machine. As soon as he left the problem started. I had also written a mail on 18th October, 2020 to which I didn’t get any response. I had sent a notice by a lawyer on 04/11/2020, and after that a technician was sent on the 29th November, 2020 at around 1pm and he said that the bracket which is to be removed during the demo was not removed and that is why you might be facing the issue. After some days I again got the problem of machine wobbling and making noises. I had called the customer care and again a technician was appointed and he informed us that the rods need to be replaced and I agreed, now today again a technician visits my house with the new rods and informs that the tub is damaged and tub needs replacement. How can a new washing machine not being used on daily basis have such a wear and tear? Please refund my hard earned money and take away your washing machine. If have been facing the issues right from the beginning.
