Dear colleagues, Please note that myself Abha Gupta owner of Renault Kiger purchasedon 10-Sep-21, CH01CH6025. Car from the same day has a manufacturing defect, Car guaranteewas for 2 years expiring in 2023. Manufacturing defect has not been resolvedyet. We are informed we don’t have parts, mechanic worker, scanner not working.Service center CHANDIGARH not able to resolve the issue. We have driven 19,000km only. We have reached service centermany times but not able to find solution, Please recommend and take due action.After 2 years renalut will say we are not responsible. I am in this situationbecause of service centre they are not giving in writing that we are not ableto resolve problem . can you please rech them directly, They are fraudmisleading and done time pass for 2 years.
