have orderd yellow dress of 600rs on 22 sept.2021 through mantra fab.. after paid through Paytm… got a sms that.. I have paid my amount at amar fashion..and order Id I have seen..bt haven’t got any tracking Id… “it is currently processing “.. I have send them through their official mail id..haven’t got any response.. plz help.. I think.. Its a fake site.. I want to return my Rupees

You need to make complaint in RBI as well as in PMO office through pgportal.com
You have to made a complaints against Paytm, why paytm has allowed the payment services to fruad company.
RBI must stop the services of paytm, either paytm is involved in the activity because Why Paytm has not checked the domain information , This website is registered with private Information.
* Why Paytm has not checked the contact number , there is no contact no available on the site.
if contact number is there at the time of taking payment services , why it is not available right now.
The same thing happened to me as well. Bht i made payment thro google pay. I didn’t receive confirmation email either
I’ve sent out and email to the mail id which was mentioned. Now after seeing this i don’t think I’ll be getting a reply now idk what to do..
