I have mentioned in blmail that i will Repay EMI on 28th Feb because of medical emergency in my family, my actual due date was 18th Feb

Today i received call from one of Cashe Telecaller, she told her name is Shrutika.

I explained her that i will be able to pay EMI only on 28th of this month, she is not even hearing and used some rude words.

My question is how cashe train Telecallers, this people don’t even have manner to talk, i told her I will pay EMI on 28th Feb with late payment charges.

She has used some words like, “Teri bapp ki shaadi hai kya” and even saying bad words to my mother.

I will repay on 28th Feb but I am not going to leave that girl who talked me on call today, i will take her to court, i have voice recording with me.

I have attached the recording see how she is speaking with customers even after informing 100 times that i will repay on 28th Feb.

I have taken loan in August, paid all emi’s on time this is the first one I missed that too i informed in advance about my condition.
