Hi Sir /mam ,

This is sri Ramana and the date is January 22 , 2023..
I have booked 6 tickets for film in Jaymaruti theatre for dated : January 22 , 2023 ..by 7.40 pm..

I was been traveling nearly 40 kms to reach the premises..the showtime was also delayed.

We have collected the tickets from the counter and just entered into the theatre
.first of all an theatre which was mentioned Air Conditioner should provide AC facility..but inside the theatre there are 12 fans on the balcony ..they are claiming such false information about the theatre while booking the tickets ..If they can’t provide the facility then what’s the necessity to provide these false information..

Now comming to the point..
My uncle was drunken afternoon..and the showtime was 7.40 pm ..he has bathed also ..he was well dressed..theres no sign that he is any misbehaviourical person ..the theatre employe catches his collar and saying him to get out ..howcome they have found he’s drunken ..they are just judging Everyone based on their looks ..it’s not at all fair ..then what’s this behaviour called ..seems like employed some untrained or mannerless cheaps to work in a premise which has to see a lot of people.

is this the way to treat a person.i wanna confirm that we are not watching the film for free..we had paid .1161 to watch the film..then at the ticket counter these guys are behaving very rudely..then they asked all of as to exit from the premise ..that’s not at all an issue ..they are speaking rubbish language and gathered the stupid employees among the premise

..not at all cultured behaviour..seems like some just illeterate members as employees..they are all behaving like a rowdies..how come these fellows can behave like this ..they don’t even know how to speak with the clients..then how come they receive the certificate to run a theatre / premise which has to have a word with the people’s..worst management too..drunken member not allowed just a word that’s enough..what’s the necessity to catch the collar..using rubbish words ..and behaving like a psychos ..first of all these employees are not at all fit to work in a theatre and the management is not at all fit to run a theatre..such a badd experience from the behaviours of these employees..worst worst worst service..

Drunken member is not allowed i accept the fact ..but the misbehaviour like rubbish words, threatening, involving to violence etc..are also bad right..

If needed I request you to have a look on the cctv installed in theatre ticket counter ..the counter fellow just grabs my brother’s hand, using rubbish words .it’s all recorded in the cctv ..and the management is objecting to look for the cctv records .y?? It’s like they are dragging us to involve violence which we don’t like ..

If they are finding drunken peoples why can’t they just install a drunk detector in theatre premises..why??.

So I hereby request you to provide a solution for this and also I ask you to compensate the loss of pay.. loss of pay is not at all an matter ..how come these fellows can behave with a customer/ client who has payed to receive a service..they are just flying in the support of the locals among the city..it’s not fair ..rowdy management, worst service and behaviour
