I purchased the Broadband/fiber connection from Airtel in Hyderabad.

At the time of purchase, I was made pay a one year subscription for fiber and was told I would be given a landline instrument for calling purpose…it’s been 7 months and I haven’t received it

1. It clearly shows airtel is manipulating customers to choose airtel by providing false promises
