Sir i am a jio user for almost a year.I was to pay a bill on my no. 7889623618 of about 10 rupees. The recharge dealers in jammu completely refused to recharge as they said we dont recharge of that less amount… So after wandering here and there i finally got a chance to rechare after bribing. I paid 50 rupees and in return i was recharged with 40 rupees. I am so upset by this. Its not about 10 rupees but right and wrong. Kindly take a note of this problem.. I shall be obliged.
