Than I got a call from number +917811860230 typing job and they we’re not asking money before work so I agreed them than they sent an agreement on mail and ask me to agree on it . Then they sent me the webpage link my ID and password . And ask me to complete the work in 5 days with 90% accuracy have completed it in 4 days and submitted it with 90% accuracy and now they are saying that your work is failed and now you have to bear the fees for it as stated in agreement .
Yesterday I have received a mail from some advocate(don’t know whether he is fake advocate or not), he is saying that the nano tech can file a case against you for breech of an agreement .
Therefore I just want here that if they are Fraud than please take action against them .
The mail from advocate says ”

This Intimation letter Informs you that NANO TECHNOLOGY Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Remedies for breach of contract.
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
IPC SECTION SECTION-420 Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.—Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person deceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
IPC SECTION SECTION-406 Punishment for criminal breach of trust Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both. The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill the terms and condition of your agreement.
Note:- If you are not closing this matter out of court settlement then after clearing this matter you have to attend in the court physically with your advocate.

hai sir, am also facing this from 26th december, r u receive any legal copy, if u receive what u do now with taht. actually i was enquery about thta legal 500 document which is send to us on first with login details, that was not original document that was duplicate.. please rly me, coz so many like us facing the same issue..
and am pay that 7100 also after that they asking to pay ther 18000 for cancilation agreement or to continue work we have to pay secure deposite 27000 for that company.. so please don’t pay anything. write now am facing that.. r u pay that, what ur proceedings please tell me.. so many are like us facing this

I too face the same prblm .But I didn’t pay the amount yet.I got a mail about penalty payment ,or else they will file a case.What should I do.
