I had booked a one way ticket using my credit card from Mumbai to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) for my mother through Malindo Air. She was scheduled to fly on the 4th of June 2022. However on the 3rd of May, I received a mail from Malindo informing me that the flight has been cancelled. I followed up several times with Malindo Air’s India office and exchanged an demanded a full refund. Malindo India team wrote back to me on the 6th of May confirming I will be given a full refund. However, every time I demanded to know the status of the refund, they have been avoiding me and giving excuses like the refund is in process and I will be informed once its done. It’s been two months already and no progress. Can I take them to consumer court for this? I live in Mumbai. Please advice. Would appreciate any help. Thank you
