sir,
i am using my airtel post paid number from last one year but from last 6 months i am asking airtel constumer care to shift me to prepaid because they automatically shifted to some other plan which was high.And when i didnt pay them , they added late fee charges of 100 rs per month which was unbearable and also hence they stopped my services in the ended due to non payment.Ultimately i asked them to shift me to prepaid in airtel office at shimla but they told me it will be done by customer care or you have to pay bill first. I did and when i asked customer care to shift me to prepaid they said it will be done from store and you have pay some charges. I am tired of everything and has no option rather than to complain. Please look into the matter.
