I’m Mr. Veliventi Sai Prabhakar and my phone no. :+91 9492493443 and I’m from chintalapudi, WEST GODAVARI, Pin : 534460 ,ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA.
I was ordered a mobile Krypton X2 pro (white) worth of indian rupees Rs.4479/- (FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE RUPEES ONLY) on a website “https://www.ezeephones.com ” and there is no pay receipt or confirmation of product delivery msg, no customer care service in it.
I have done my payment through my SBI DEBIT card through Payu transaction site On 17th June 2020 at 03:27 pm.
My order id: 1125901550 and PAYMENT ID and PAYMENT STATUS was submitted in screen shot below.
It looks like normal mobile shopping site and so i have gone through it. And paid my money . So kindly solve my problem and get refund me to my account or phone pe account : 9492493443@ybl .
