I have complaint airtel cce since Last 6 months about my internet issues but one of them cce Just put my on hold and leave the phone call that’s not the first time as they have done with me . Before some days I again complaint to that same issue they just give me dates all the time but did nothing for their issues and they said that they are the fastest 4g network. Now I have more than 4 gb data in my cell phone 2 gb have used now again it doesn’t work what can I do ? They just put my number on highlight list and no one picked up my call until it reaches at 15 to 25 minutes or more than it please help me and take action against that cce who put my call on hold for more than 40 minutes . I have raised this issue with airtel but they didn’t take any action against that cce. Resolved my issue and trying to pay back my recharge amount from airtel company.
