Respected Sir/Madam
My name is Tejas Pattani and I received call from 8128352663 (Airtel) on 14 Sep,2018 at 12.10 pm and tell me about 199+gst plan around 233 rs/month by caller i dont remember his name.
So i port out form vodafone (average bill 350/month) both number (8511949412) and change in airtel plan and Mr Dipak mobile number 9898400235 had port my sim card and given new Airtel Sim.
On the 20 sep,2018 My both sim card activated but Problem is that when caller gave information about another plan and activated some other plan. can you please tell me when i agreed with 399 plan and why you have entered without my permission into this plan. show me the detail and this is clear that Airtel callers making fool like this kind of cheating activities
Also try to Call Mr Himanshu Airtel Manager (9898997343) but not picking up my phone calls.
Also try to complaint but not registered complaint by 198.
i need solution and also a serious complaint against that fake guys who sold airtel connection like this.
Also i have audio recording file in that one more associate of airtel name bhargav telling about 199+ Gst plan but activated some other plan. do not cheat people like this.
