I have purchased the Tata Sky + Firestick Binge on 26th May 2020. I have talked to the Tata SKy Dealer over call and he told me that all the things including one month subscription of Tata Sky for one Month and its installation. Then I enquired about the Binge and he told me that you need not to pay any amount for Firestick Binge.Its totally free of cost. The Customer must have only the Wifi Internet Connection and he must do the TATA SKY recharge so that Firestick Binge will work with Tata Sky’s Recharge. No separate recharge needs to be done. The complete package was for 1499/-. Now I called to customer care and they are saying that 249/- will be the Monthly rental of Firestick Binge and this is separate Recharge from TATA SKy Set top box… This was the false commitment made to me. If I wold I be told that I have to do 2 recharges (Tata Sky + Firestick Binge) , then I wont have taken this since I cannot afford for 2 recharges…. Also when the installation person came , I confirmed with him and he also told me the same , that no recharge is needed. Only tata sky recharge is needed for Firestick Binge to Work.. Now I have lost 1500/- by making false commitments towards scheme and need my money back.I tried to contact customer care and they are saying that I have purchsed it from Tata Sky dealer , so they cannot do anything.
