On 9 Sep 2021 I gave the SIM cancellation request via customer care. That customer care executive nothing shared to me regarding sim cancellation. After two month on 26 nov 2021 I got a call from Airtel that the customer care executive told me your two month postpaid bill is still not paid. Again I called Airtel customer care. I told him I already initiated the cancellation request but the customer care executive did not take action. On 2 dec 2021 customer airtel took the sim cancellation request. On 10dec 2021 Customer executive supervisor verified the 9th sep 2021 audio conversation between me and customer. Finally, Jayalakshmi told me only about our airtel executive mistake so we will take action on that within 3 days i will waive the bill amount.

almost 25 days completed still I didn’t get action from Airtel and also i got so much call from airtel regarding bill not paid more than 20 time called sir why your not paid the postpaid bill like that.

Again I called Airtel customer care and I informed him of my past history. still I did not get proper action from airtel. I only got a fake commitment from Airtel. So my stress level increased and this problem gave me mental stress. kindly do the need fulfil.

Bill Amount- Rs 1154/- As of now
