Hi, This is about Booking ID#NU212171021249324, PNR#C5ET6PRE. Due to ongoing farmers’ protest on 26th November 2020 the Bus vendor had cancelled the bus from his side. I hereby state that no alternate bus was availed via MMT . However, the journey shows completed on MMT portal. Please refund the amount Rs.2534 ASAP.
