I had paid Rs 6308 /- for Singapore Visa on 16 Jul Booking -ID NV2000221832050. I cancelled it because their site failed to collect all visa documents. They sent SMS on 18Jul to me that refund of Rs 5708/-
But money has not been refunded as yet. It was mentioned that visa can be cancelled till 20 Jul as after that application will be sent for processing.

There have no option to contact them. None of their number 800 463 4210, 0124 504 5111, 0124 485 9669, 1800 102 8747, 87096 29421 work.
No email Id for customer support.
