Dear Sir,
This is regarding my Air Asia flight ticket (PNR No. – D4FDWD) from Bangalore to Kolkata for 10th April 202o, the ticket was booked through MakeMyTrip.com (Booking ID – NF71116269540288) for Rs. 4126.00.
My flight was cancelled due to COVID19 lock-down, hence I contacted Air Asia customer service, and they had confirmed that my cancelled ticket refund has been processed and is with Makemytrip.com through which I had done my booking. However, Makemytrip is not refunding or providing any credit shell for the refunded amount (Rs. 4126.00).
I have tried connecting with Makemytrip customer service through call, chats & email for which I haven’t received any response from Makemytrip’s end. There is also no provision provided in the MakeMyTrip App & website to claim refund or credit shell for Air Asia flight.
It has been 4 months since we have been trying to reach out to Makemytrip but without any success. I humbly request you to take a formal complaint against Makemytrip for not returning the flight cancellation refund amount and harassing their customers. They also not allowing us to download the invoice for reference.
Here within I am attaching my ticket details for your further reference.
