Dear Sir/Madam,
Ref: MakeMyTrip.com booking number – NL2121442283102
(HOLIDAY LADAKH SPECIAL WITH ARYAN VILLAGE”)
On 24 January, 2020 (two months before COVID-19 pandemic hit India), I made a payment of Rs.65,400.00 as the first of the three instalments for the MMT Holiday tour package
“HOLIDAY LADAKH SPECIAL WITH ARYAN VILLAGE”
for TWO adults (me and my wife) which was scheduled to begin on 11 July, 2020.
Since both I and my wife are in the high-risk group, we have been advised not to undertake any travel till vaccine or treatment of COVID-19 becomes available. The necessary cancellation is being forced on us by “an Act of God” arising from this COVID-19 pandemic for which we should not be held responsible.
No human being is responding to our phone calls to the contact numbers provided by MakeMyTrip. There is no provision on their web site for requesting refund.
Therefore, through you, I request for refund of the amount (Rs.65,400.00) that I had already paid in January 2020.
