Dear Team,
I booked a flight ticket from Makemytrip with a booking ID – NF78147273988158 on 15th April 2020 and the booking was cancelled due to COVID. Airlines claimed that there would be full refund however, I have got the partial refund.
Amount paid – Rs 4547
Amount refunded – Rs 2297.
PNR – EE816N
I dont’ understand why the rest of the amount has not refunded till now. I made a lot of twitter complaints, wrote lots of emails, and even tried calling.. but no success yet. A customer executive from MMT named Aman Chabra has replied to me over mail that we will refund the rest of the amount but still, the amount has not been refunded.
Why big companies like Spicejet and MMT are not returning my own money.
Request you to please look into this matter and take quick action against companies like MMT.
