Due to covid, my booking NF20148262336488 on April 01,2020(BBIàCCU– AIR ASIA I5 536) has been impacted and got confirmation from MMT for booking another tkt with in April23,2021 without refund of money. Again my booking got cancelled on 23 Oct 2020 by MMT SMS, and refund reflected in 24-27 oct 2020.I have not received any amount till now. This is really shame to say that make my trip has a bad customer service in terms of customer care. None of the contact number and email id is working to get in touch with the airlines. AIR ASIA has replied me that they had refunded to make my trip already, but no further communication of refund in my account.
I tried calling make my trip but getting one msg regarding effortless and faster resolution, I already spoke with myra and believe me it was a waste of time to talk like this as my issue did not get fixed.Below contact numbers are useless
