Hi,

I booked a one way ticket from viajyawada to bengaluru on Indigo airlines for my sister for 8:30am departure and i was charged around 8000 plus.Unfortunately i have to modify that ticket to evening for which they charged another 3000 plus.When i asked for a refund they are saying that for original ticket (8000 plus) they will give around 4000 and for modified one i wont get anything.so i have to bear 12000rs for journey from vijayawada to bengaluru which is really weird.

My questiona are simple

1. why dont they have refund policy on modified tickett
2.If they are charging on modified/cancellation tickets why is that cost not shown in website while booking?
