Hi,
I had booked flight for Mumbai to Goa (3rd April, 2020) and return for 6th April 2020. Due to COVID the flights were not operational. Received an email stating credit shell of the amount paid, which is obviously less than paid at the time of booking. Tried speaking to Airline for rescheduling they refused saying the travel agent will be able to help. Makemy Trip offices are not operational and phone lines are automated, unable to reach to them for rescheduling. The daedline for the credit shell to be used is 28th February. But if Airline or Makemytrip is not going to reschedule the flights. How can the money be used?
Can you please help in the rescheduling the flights.
