I had booked 5 tickets from Doha to Calicut (Doha-Mumbai-Calicut) from Makemytrip. All the payments were done successfully. When they issued tickets, 3 tickets were not having PNR no for the travel from Doha to Mumbai, while Mumbai to Calicut were having PNR numbers. I contacted them and they informed me that Doha to Mumbai ticket is not confirmed and Mumbai to Calicut is confirmed and they will do partial refund. How i will travel from Mumbai to Calicut if Doha to Mumbai ticket is not confirmed. I requested either ticket from Doha to Calicut or full refund. They did partial refund and charged the taxes, makemytrip convenience fee. Why should i pay tax or convenience fee if ticket is not confirmed?. I request to take legal against makemytrip and expecting justice at the earliest.
