WITH GREAT REGRET & UTMOST INCONVENIENCE, I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOUR GOOD SELF, THAT IN SPITE OF REPEATED PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS; MY REQUEST FOR SETTLING THE TICKETING ISSUE FOR COMPLETE REFUND HAS STILL NOT BEEN ADHERED TOO

- I along with my family had finalized an international holiday; flying to and back by Etihad Airways from Mumbai, India
- Due to the current ongoing and un precedent pandemic; flights have been cancelled, due to which our holiday has to be cancelled
- I would sincerely request you to reimburse due to the cancellations of the flights

Our earnest request, kindly let us know how MAKE MY TRIP will compensate in the above matter as we would like to fly with you again which is not possible at this moment
We had done the booking from MAKE MY TRIP keeping the reputation, trust and credibility in mind. We always believed that MAKE MY TRIP will always stood by in unforeseen situations like this
Our earnest request for a complete refund as we as a family; cannot take the decision about our next travel. We do not know when the pandemic would settle and we all will come back to normal life
