I have booked a bus from MMT website and in the last moment few hour before our departure the bus operator cancelled our tickets and told us that they will book another ticket for us but unfortunately they didn’t.

So I have made a complaint from the website and it’s still in process from last one month and even I am not getting any options to talk to the customer care.

So now I am coming here to file my complaints
