This is very ridiculous service by your company. Since more than 45 days i was waiting for my refund amount of cancelled trip by airlines.
Now today you refund me amount after cancellation charges into my wallet account instead of my bank/credit card against booking reference no. NN2118353504972 and IN1B1585636992507.
First of all, I did not buy ticket from any wallet, i paid this amount from my HDFC bank credit card then why you refunded the amount into MMT wallet? Please tell me who will pay interest charges of credit card of more than 45 days ?
The tickets has been cancelled by airline itself not by me and American/British airlines confirms me that they have refunded full amount to Make my Trip then why you charge me Rs. 2198 as cancellation charges ?
So this is to inform you that i have raised complaint against Make MY Trip with consumer court reference (docket) no. 2010089 and 2010077.
To resolve this matter you just do refund my amount into my credit card without any charges otherwise i will go for more legal action against Make My Trip then you have to pay with interest and other charges.
So as soon as possible refund the amount.
