Ridiculous service by make my trip .. traveling from Bangalore to Mumbai and Mumbai to Bangalore for very important work and I had to lock the price for me and my toddler.. I was given 24 hours to book the tickets for the same price .. at first I was added more amount Thant what I was asked to pay Atleast 1200 more then later asked me to wait for 30 minutes until I try to book again like this they made me wait till 7 Pm which was my lock inn period .. I was constantly on a call with mmt customer care they said wait till 7 keep trying or we will refund u the amount, Wat are u serious ? Y on earth would I want to lock the price and waste a day and pay extra for the flights ?? They made me wait until my lock inn periods was expired.. now all they said is will refund the amount and compensate for the extra amount I paid for fresh booking .. I need compensation for this !!! Solve this issue my day was wasted and been ridiculous.. I just hate how they fake promise passengers for better service ! I hope other customers are not falling for this trap … It’s very frustrating to handle a toddler and spent almost a day full talking to make my trip customer care people.. I just would never trust them again
