I booked a flight ticket for my friend on 16 Jan 2020 for his journey on 1st April 2020 from Bangalore to Delhi, the flight was automatically cancelled by the airline due to the pandemic reason. And when the airline refunded for the cancellation the amount was refunded to my account in MAKE MY TRIP and when I tried to transfer the same amount to my Bank account the make my trip company didn’t refunded it to my bank account even it has been 20 days, make my trip is a fraud company it’s been playing with so many innocent customers in this time of pandemic. And I tried to contact through customer care number and customer care email.
