I have done an international flight booking through make my trip. the details of booking given below.
Pnr : ZCPZDF
Travel Date : 19 Mar 2020 from Muscat to Trivandrum
14 Apr 2020 from Trivandrum to Muscat
Airlines : Air India Express
The above tickets cancelled because of covid-19 lock down. During my enquiry with Air india customer care it has been confirmed from the airlines that they were refunded the booking amount to respective customers. As i was made the booking through make my trip, the said amount was reversed to make my trip by the airlines. Since jun2020 i was trying to contact make my trip customer care but they were not attending the customers through calls. I had forwarded mail regarding the same but i got an auto reply stating please use the make my trip app for complaints. There is no options has given in make my trip app to compliant such things. Please provide me an early solution regarding this.
