In reference to my booking dtd. 23.03.2020 by GOAIR for DELHI- INDORE vide PNR No. LFJEXE & Booking ID NF79123270742386, i would like to submit that this flight was cancelled by the GOAIR & GOAIR has refunded to makemytrip as per their Invoice No. 0737757474LFJEXE dtd. 09/10/2020.
This refund amount by GOAIR is not appearing in my makemytrip wallet neither I am able to reschedule this flight.
I have tried to reschedule this flight from DELHI- INDORE but change date option is not available.
All efforts to contact makemytrip fail & there has been no communication regarding the refund or rescheduling of the flight.
Pl. help resolve this issue.
