Flight is cancel during the covid 19 hence i request for refund, flight is refunded amount RS7857 in this amount make my trip only proceed 349 RS to my account only and portal is showing proceed RS7857 RS to my account refund amount when i send email about refund they did’t reply and chat is to horrible he is only told check with portal and portal not provided all information.
