I had made reservations from Mumbai to Goa and back for two passengers. In lockdown the flights were cancelled. The airline was spicejet. They had clearly stated that they refunded rs 10008. But MakeMyTrip just gave rs 4602 as credit voucher. I have been trying hard to retrieve my hard earned money. But to no avail. Make my trip is continuously harassing me. I have provided them with ample proof that airline has given the money.
