Text of Complaint by Ravi Raman:

1. I make a ticket delhi to berlin by make my trip app. My flight was cancelled because of corona pandemic. They written this is non refendable ticket. Then i call Lufthansa they tell me we give all the money without ang charge. Then i fill i a request in make my trip. The refund process is going on but they give me only 40273 and i give 54000. Now they told me that 14000 is our convince fess but they don’t told me this fess when i create refund process. So please help me . I shell be thankful to you for this.
