I had booked (PNR: SEULFA) SpiceJet flight SG 280 on 13 August 2020 for srinagar from mumbai, but due to pandemic flight got cancelled and amount was returned in credit shell.
As the flight was booked via Make my Trip ,a third party agent
Spice jet is not letting me book the flights using credit shell of amount INR 9570.00,
And Asking to contact the Make my trip and Make my trip is not letting to book flights after 28th Feb 2021.
I have uploaded a screenshot from spicejet website where the amount is transferred to third party for PNR and tickets
