We had booked Two-way Air tickets for Sikkim for SpiceJet Airlines using Make my Trip (MMT) online portal last year in Feb 2020. Due to COVID pandemic, last year the flights were cancelled by Airlines. Both Airlines and MMT agency kept our money on hold till March 2021 end and didn’t refund. Post March 2021 month end, we contacted both SpiceJet Airlines and MMT including both of these management CEO-MD. Post continuous follow up, they refunded part refund amount. I am still following regularly for remaining amount, but both parties are not been providing pending refund amount. Please help.
