I have booked cab service from Coimbatore to kotagiri on 26 Dec 2020 via Make my trip and the whole amount I will paid in advance. On journey day I didn’t receive any cab details even I am not using any cab service and make my trip keep my whole amout. Infact so many times I am trying to connect with make my trip customer executive but it totally useless even I am writing so many mails regarding this but nobody responded me. I just want my money back.
