When i was travelling from Amsterdam to Bangalore, my connection flight from
Muscat to Bengaluru got cancelled all of a sudden and after reaching Muscat only
i got to know that my flight is cancelled and they told next flight is only after 24hrs.
I was not ready to wait for 24hrs in the airport area as it was very unsafe to stay in
the airport area during covid time. So i booked a new flight ticket from Muscat to
Kochi.
Make my trip has promised to refund full amount on 23 march 2020 and its been
more than 3 months and they still didn’t do anything. I am not able to contact them. They have promised to send the refund amount twice and now they are not responding.
