I have ported my number from MTNL to Airtel on 22.08.2020 with assurance from airtel person (either distributor or dealer Person Name: Mr. Sawan Mob. No. 8285403360) and plan details that my number will get free one month Rs. 300/- recharge from airtel as an offer after my number get ported to airtel. But when my number got ported to airtel on 27.08.2020 but no recharge was provided and after that I received a message that i have to recharge my number for continuation of services. It is very frustrating that these people first force the customers to port their number to their network by making false promises and later on closed their service on account you have to recharge your number. I have contacted the above person and told him about the message of discontinuation of services but he told not to worry that nothing will happen. But today on 29.08.2020 my numbers services are closed by the airtel even no incoming is being received. This shows how irresponsible are these companies for adding the customers by making false promises by their distributors or dealers. I want strict action against the firm and compensation as I have faced a lot of inconvenience after porting my number.
