on June 30, I got a call from an agent from Paytm postpaid and he asked me to immediately pay Rs.2000 and promised me that my rest amount will be write-off. when I asked him for any written witness ,a mail was also sent to me, which I attached in attachment section .
and after passing of 2 month my rest amount write off till date.
